ABSTRAK


Fraktur adalah keadaan dimana hubungan kesatuan jaringan tulang terputus. Fraktur ekstremitas bawah adalah terputusnya kontinuitas tulang atau tulang rawan yang terjadi pada ekstremitas bawah yang umumnya disebabkan oleh rudapaksa, salah satunya diakibatkan karena benturan, manifestasi fraktur salah satunya adalah nyeri. Penanganan nyeri pada pasien fraktur adalah sangat penting, karena jika nyerinya tidak ditangani akan mempengaruhi sistem pernafasan, kardiovaskuler, gastrointestinal, endokrin dan imunologik. Terapi dzikir kalimat istighfar adalah terapi psikoreligius dengan mengingat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa sebagai sarana untuk merilekskan pikiran dan otot-otot yang ada di tubuh.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi dzikir kalimat istighfar terhadap skala nyeri post operasi pasien fraktur ekstremitas bawah. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Quasi Eksperiment dengan Pre and post test without control. Teknik sampel menggunakan Consecutive Sampling dengan Jumlah sampel 32 responden. Uji analisa data menggunakan Paired T test.

Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terapi dzikir kalimat istigfar dapat menurunkan skala nyeri pasien post operasi fraktur ekstremitas bawah di RSUD Dr. Moewardi. Kesimpulan, terdapat pengaruh terapi dzikir kalimat istighfar terhadap nyeri post operasi sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan intervensi terapi dzikir kalimat istighfar di RSUD Dr. Moewardi dengan p value 0,000.

EFFECT OF DHIKR THERAPY BY EXPRESSING ISTIGHFAR SENTENCE ON PAIN SCALE OF POST-OPERATIVE PATIENTS WITH LOWER EXTREMITY FRACTURE AT Dr. MOEWARDI LOCAL GENERAL HOSPITAL


ABSTRACT

Fracture is a condition in which the unity of bone tissue is cut off. Lower extremity facture is the cut off of the continuity of bone or cartilage at the lower extremities which is generally caused by traumas. One of which is collision. Manifestation of fracture is pain. The handling of pain in the patient with fracture is very important because when it is not handled, it might affect the respiratory cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, endocrine and immunological systems. Dhikr therapy by expressing istighfar sentence is a psychoreligious therapy by remembering the Supreme God as a means of relaxing the mind or soul and muscles in the body. This research aims to investigate the effect of dhikr therapy by expressing istighfar sentence on the decrease of pain scale of the patients with low extremity fracture.

This research used the quasi experimental research method with pre-and post-test without control design. Consecutive sampling was used to determine its samples. They consisted of 32 respondents. The data of the research were analyzed by using the paired T test.

Dhikr therapy by expressing istighfar sentence could decrease the pain scale of the post-operative patients with lower extremity fracture at Dr. Moewardi Local general Hospital of Surakarta. Thus, there was an effect of dhikr therapy by expressing istighfar sentence on the decrease of pain scale of the post-operative patients prior to and following the exposure to the dhikr therapy intervention by expressing istighfar sentence at Dr. Moewardi Local General Hospital with the p-value = 0.000.
